銅香爐的制作流程是什么

1.泥塑：想要鑄造一款銅香爐，首先就是泥塑的制作，制作泥塑需要找專業(yè)的人員按圖紙的尺寸樣式進(jìn)行泥塑放大。然后不斷的修改，直到合適為止。

2.模具：然后就是把制作好的泥稿進(jìn)行硅膠模具的翻制，外模為石膏。之后就是蠟?zāi)＃诜坪玫墓枘z模具里進(jìn)行線條的翻制并進(jìn)行細(xì)部修整，最終達(dá)到與原造型一致。

3.鑄造模具：接下來就需要工人使用耐高溫材料在蠟?zāi)Ｉ戏齐p面砂模（也就是俗稱的翻砂），砂模進(jìn)行細(xì)部修整后合模。

5.澆鑄和表面處理：最后就是澆鑄和表面處理了，需要先把砂模放置平穩(wěn)，把冶煉好的銅水進(jìn)行澆鑄，澆鑄完成之后就需要做好的線條進(jìn)行表面硫化顏色處理作出一種青銅的感覺，最后進(jìn)行表面封蠟處理防止氧化生銹。
